Privacy Policy
This policy describes how we handle your personal data.
1. Data we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, phone number, and a hashed password. When you process a photo, we temporarily store the uploaded image file, the processing settings (size, background color), and technical metadata for each operation (processing time, success or failure status). We do not collect any independent biometric identifiers outside the scope of the requested processing.
2. How we use the data
Data is used exclusively to: (a) operate the processing service and deliver the resulting images to the user, (b) manage the digital credit wallet, (c) communicate for customer support and confirm bank transfers, and (d) comply with the legal and accounting requirements of transactions.
3. Photo retention period
Processed photos are automatically deleted from our servers thirty (30) days after they are produced. Financial transaction records and the credit ledger are retained for accounting and audit purposes.
4. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. We share the minimum necessary data with: (a) the payment provider Lemon Squeezy to process purchases, (b) the hosting provider to run the infrastructure, and (c) our own Royal AI engine to perform the processing.
5. Security
We use standard encryption (TLS) for all communications and bcrypt hashing for passwords. Access to data inside the platform is restricted to the technical teams following the principle of least privilege.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, or request its full deletion by contacting the support team. Deletion requests are carried out within a reasonable period, retaining only the minimum required by applicable accounting laws.
7. Cookies
We use the essential cookies required to run the login session and maintain the authentication token. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and notify users by email of any material change.
