1. Service definition
ID Photo Studio provides two online services: (a) biometric photo processing for national ID cards, passports, and visas using the platform's in-house Royal AI engine — including the two studio engines, the Ultra-Biometric Precision Engine and the Standard Smart Studio Engine with selectable AI attire — and (b) an AMO TADAMON card editor. The service is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit basis only; there are no monthly or yearly subscriptions.
2. Account creation
Registration requires a valid email address and a contact phone number (the phone number is used to confirm bank top-up payments and for technical support). Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The platform may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Payment
Electronic payments are processed through the approved payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Credit packs are sold as one-off, single payments only — there is no recurring subscription. Users may also top up their wallet via local bank transfer in Morocco by contacting the support team on WhatsApp.
4. Refund policy
Credits spent on successful renders are non-refundable. If a render fails for technical reasons on the platform's side, the credits are automatically returned to the wallet as soon as the failure is detected.
5. Responsible use
The platform must not be used to process images of people without their consent, or for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. The user is solely responsible for the legal validity of any documents in which the resulting images are used.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the source code, the interfaces, and the Royal AI engine remain the property of the platform. Users retain full rights to the photographs they upload or generate.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The platform is not liable for any indirect losses arising from service interruption, processing delays, or the rejection by authorities of images that did not meet the required document specifications. We recommend verifying official specifications before printing.
8. Changes
The platform may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and users will be notified by email of any material change.
